We've become a culture that consumes visual content at rates never before seen. I'm a prolific photographer that values being out in the field, witnessing and capturing culture. I'm interested in people behind the scenes that make up the fabric of a city. We've become so fixated on homogenous tabloids made in Hollywood that we've lost sight of the most important people - the local business people and artists. There's plenty of characters, events, and stories happening all around us - I'm on a mission to capture those that are happening just around me, because it is the local businesses and artists who could really use more awareness about them today more than ever.
